This small Windows program allows you to set transparent windows of any program running in Windows 2000 or XP, unfortunately it does not currently work for Windows 98 and below. The ability to make transparent the window of any of the running applications allows you to be more productive with numerous windows open at once, even on a smaller display. It also makes your desktop looks way cooler than usual… 😉

Chaos Crystal allows you to change the level of transparency of each window form 0 to 255 (fully transparent to fully non-transparent). It can be run from any location including removable devices such USB flash memory and doesn’t require installation. You can run it from anywhere on your computer as well.
