Chaos Wallpaper is a free RSS/Atom news aggregator and desktop wallpaper shuffler, that is capable of displaying RSS 0.9x, 1.0, 2.0, and Atom 0.x feeds along with your favorite wallpapers right on the Windows desktop.

Chaos Wallpaper does not require installation, simply copy it to the hard drive to run. All options are available from the program icon when running in the taskbar. The RSS/Atom feeds to be displayed and the display area of the feeds is fully customizable using CSS, you can also change the images you want to be rotated and the time period to change the wallpaper and the RSS/Atom feed.
