Finally the Star Wars saga continues in the new videogame Star Wars: The Force Unleashed, developed by LucasArtsIn it you’ll be casted as Darth Vader’s “Secret Apprentice” code-named “Starkiller”, but born as Galen Marek. The expansive story, created under direction from George Lucas, is set during the largely unexplored era between Star Wars: Episode III Revenge of the Sith and Star Wars: Episode IV A New Hope movies. In it, you are going to assist the iconic villain in his quest to rid the universe of Jedi – and face decisions that could change the course of their destiny, as you hut down the remaining Jedi after Emperor Palpatine orders them killed.

As its name implies, The Force Unleashed completely re-imagines the scope and scale of the Force. But the Wii version will not only give you a solid story-line involving the Darth Vader’s secret apprentice, but you’ll also experience a new style of gameplay only the Nintendo Wii can offer. With the Wiimote and Nunchuck you’ll be able to battle your way through your enemies utilizing your Lightsaber attacks and Force powers in a way you never thought will be possible. Not only can you experience this new control system in story mode, but you can also try your Jedi skills against a friend in the special “Battle Mode” available only in the Wii version of the game. Joining the Dark Side doesn’t seem like such a bad idea after all now, does it?

Now you probably can’t wait to get your hands on the lightsaber errr… I mean the Wii-mote and start wreaking havoc being one from the dark side of the force… I’m not sure about you, but I can’t wait…

Star Wars: The Force Unleashed game for Nintendo Wii is available for $46.99.

If you are a big Star Wars fan and are interested in DIY (Do it yourself) stuff you must not miss this cool product. The Star Wars DIY Force FX Lightsaber Kit is a must for every true Jedi, because it gives you the opportunity to build your own lightsaver the way you want it (or almost that way).

The kit consists of one main saber unit with a tri-color blade (flip a switch and choose red, green, or blue – each with corresponding and different sound effects) and a slew of parts that let you assemble the saber you’ve always dreamed of. All the parts are based on actual screen-seen components, so your saber will look just like an awesome mashup of the real thing from the Star Wars movies. And the coolest part is, you don’t have to choose between being a Jedi or a Sith, because all you have to do to start walking on the light or the dark side is to flip a switch on the lightsaber and that is all it takes. Anyway don’t just fall in the hands of the dark side so easily…

DIY Kit Features
- Glowing blades ignites with realistic power-up/down effects (not as bright as other Force FX blades, but still awesome)!
- Authentic sound effects digitally recorded from the movie.
- Features four motion sensor controlled sound effects, Power-up, idle hum, clash, and power-down
- Sturdy blade is permanently attached to the hilt
- Tri-Color Blade (switch between: red, green, and blue)
- Over 1,000 possible assembly combinations

The Star Wars DIY Force FX Lightsaber Kit is available for $99.99

This R/C R2-D2 Action Figure is like a Star Wars fanboy’s wet dream come true. The size of a regular action figure, this tiny droid is fully controllable from the included lightsaber remote. Authentic R2-D2 sounds, turning head and red LED eye complete the package. No more playing with your old-school Star Wars figures by shaking them and talking in a funny voice, this is the real deal… and we don’t kid when it come to Star Wars. We would have killed for this little R2 gem as a kid and it’s still pretty damn cool as an adult.
