IO2 Technology announced the release of its newest mid-air display, the Heliodisplay M3. The Heliodisplay M3’s screen system is updated from the previous model, now using an improved tri-flow system for increased image stability and uniformity, thereby producing an image noticeably improved from previous models. The M3 also includes advancements such as a much brighter and clearer image, standard high-resolution (1024 x 768 native display resolution), and significantly quieter operation. These improvements allow the display to begin to offer advantages in markets such as teleconferencing, board room displays, and as an access point for gathering information in hotel and corporate lobbies.

The Heliodisplay M3 is available directly from IO2 for $18,400 USD. IO2 also offers the Heliodisplay M3i, which in addition to all the features of the M3, serves as a computer input device for cursor control in a desktop environment, for a price of $19,400 USD.

The electric guitar is without doubt the greatest weapon in the rock ‘n’ roll armory. Indeed the crunching kerrang of a nicely distorted axe is, in our humble opinion, the finest sound in the world. The problem is, achieving sonic nirvana whilst spanking your plank requires all manner of accessories, including racks of pedals and a whopping great stack. Step forward the amazing iAxe 393 USB Guitar.

This revolutionary instrument might look like a top-notch electric guitar featuring a maple neck, solid body, single-coil pickups with 5-way switching, chrome machine heads and a vintage whammy bar – and that’s because it is. But it’s also an ingenious USB-friendly axe that allows you to transform your computer into an amp, effects rack and recording system without any additional hardware. Going way past eleven in terms of features, this Strat-style guitar comes with idiot-proof software that lets you jam along with your favourite music files. You can even slow tracks down or speed them up for learning and practicing – ideal if you’re into shredding metal or plodding pop. There’s also a multi-track recording/editing function, so you can record your wicked riffing, two-handed tap-offs and sweeping arpeggios (or something like that) on the spot. Sticking your tongue out like him out of Kiss is entirely optional.

Features
– Plugs into and uses your computer as a guitar amp and recording studio.
– Can also be used with any traditional guitar amplifier.
– Top quality electric guitar with 22-fret maple neck, solid body, 3 single coil pickups, 5-way switching and vintage vibrato bridge.
